Hi everyone...I've called Sprint a number of times and they can't help me so maybe someone here can!
1. Is there a way for the Palm to "alert" when a new e-mail comes in?
2. I can get my msn e-mail from the Sprint Mobile e-mail button, but only when I select "receive" and it's not very reliable. Is there a way for me to get it thru the Versa Mail account? I have the incoming mail server as pop3.email.msn.com and outgoing as smtp.email.msn.com, amd Authentication IS checked under the advanced settings for the outgoing server.

Any ideas?

here's the answer to your questions:
1. phone alerts: voicemail alert, calendar alert, messaging & system vibrate. when a new mail comes in, you can check that one by looking in your phones clock in the upper left hand corner. there is an envelope or a bell symbol that blinks in the time.
2. it's only the sprint mobile email that supports web based emails such msn or yahoo. palm versamail supports business pop3/imap emails only. the only webbased email that run in versamail is the gmail because they have separate server.
