How old is your TX? If it's less than a year, just contact the company you purchased the unit from to see if warranty service is available. If it's over a year old which is most likely the case since it isn't a current Palm model anymore, you can have it repaired for a fee. Contact either Palm, or a Palm service center for a repair quote.
If you need a new phone, you would be better off upgrading to one of the new Palm devices such as the Pre, Centro, or the Pro.

Not sure why you say this since Palm offers a warranty term of 1 Year - where other companies only offer 90 days.
