Well, I finally made the plunge and retired my Treo 650 and stepped to the Treo 680. Ahhh....so nice to have more memory!

A question for any other 680 users out there.... my red "end" button seems to be looser and more flush to the unit than the green "send" button. The 'Send' button sticks out further on the unit and is tighter to the touch than the 'End' key which wiggles and seems almost too flush.

Before I take this back to swap out, I want to know if this is standard on the phone, or if it is a defect on my phone (in my experience - if a button is this loose and overly 'flush' it just means problems with the board behind the button that will only get worse in time).

Can someone tell me if I'm being overly anal and this simply the way they are built, or if I'm noticing and actual defect in my phone.

Thanks!
